Privacy & Disclaimer

Your privacy is fundamental to how Tenaly is built. We collect only the minimum information needed to give you a working account — typically your name, email address, school name and the lesson, exam and teaching-aid content you generate so we can show it back to you later.

Your password is never stored, read, shared, sold or used for any purpose other than authenticating you into your own account. Passwords are processed by our authentication provider as a one-way cryptographic hash — not even the Tenaly team can see, recover or reuse your password. We will never email it back to you, and we will never ask you for it on any channel (chat, phone, WhatsApp, email or in person). If you forget it, the only path is the “Forgot password” reset link, which sends a one-time link to your registered email.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not run advertising networks on your generated content. Anonymous, aggregated usage signals (for example “X lessons were generated this week”) may be used to improve the product, but those signals never include your name, your pupils’ names, your school address or the body of your lesson plans.

You may request export or permanent deletion of your account and all associated content at any time by writing to tenalygh@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honoured within 14 working days.

Tenaly is an educational productivity platform built to assist Ghanaian teachers, tutors and facilitators in carrying out their professional duties. It is a tool — not a replacement.

Tenaly does not, in any form, replace the official NaCCA curriculum, the published teacher’s manual, accredited training, or the professional judgement and duties of a qualified facilitator. The lesson plans, exam questions, teaching aids and other materials generated on this platform are draft assistance only. Every output must be reviewed, edited and validated by the human facilitator before it is taught, printed or used in any assessment. The facilitator remains fully responsible for the content delivered in the classroom and for compliance with NaCCA, the Ghana Education Service and the policies of their institution.

Because Tenaly is a supporting tool and the facilitator is the final authority on what is taught, the platform, its founders, contributors and operators are absolved of any legal, academic or professional implications arising from the use of, reliance on, or distribution of any content generated through the service. By using Tenaly you accept that you do so on your own professional responsibility.

We continuously improve the model’s alignment with NaCCA standards, but AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. If you spot a mistake, please tell us at tenalygh@gmail.com so we can refine the system.
